Orders leave the workshop within three working days, tracked. custom work ship when they're finished.

Returns

Return your piece within 30 days of delivery, for any reason, even if it was purchased as a gift. Once received, we’ll refund the full purchase price, excluding shipping costs.

Custom Work

Bespoke pieces made to your text or design can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or differ from the sketch you approved. That's the trade-off with one-off work, and it's why Avraham confirms the design in writing first.
